THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This thing is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The construction is cheap, and the features are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd purchased something functional instead
